How long does it last?

The ghost walk last approximately 1hour 15mins and you will visit eight sites in total.

Where does it start?

The meeting point for the ghost walk is outside Llantrisant Guildhall. For directions visit here.

What is the minimum age?

We suggest that the Ghost Walk is not suitable for children under the age of eight

Can I bring my dog?

We are restricted to guide dogs only.

Is it disabled friendly?

Yes. The majority of the route can be accessed by wheelchair users. In one section the wheelchair user will need to divert away from the group. A volunteer will accompany you and reunite you with the group. The guide will wait until the group is reunited before proceeding.

What if it’s a stormy night? Will it still take place?

Yes. The ghost walks will continue regardless of the weather, with the exception of snow or ice. If the event is cancelled then you will be notified by email.

How do I pay for a ticket?

Payment can be made in various way – but must be paid in advance of the event. Contact us to find out more.

Can I request a refund?

We will not offer a refund except in the case of a cancelled performance. However we will honour the ticket and transfer it to any other Ghost Walk of your choice.

Do I need to equip myself for the tour?

You may wish to bring a torch with you, but the walk remains on a public footpath, pavement or road and does not divert onto rough ground. Sections of the walk are on cobbled streets which can be slippery in wet weather, therefore we recommend sensible walking shoes.

Can I park outside the Guildhall?

The Guildhall car park is for disabled badge holders only and the access point is narrow so please be aware of this. Car parking is available throughout the town. For details visit here
